Vintage Church are excited to announce their new Internship Program. This is the perfect opportunity for young leaders to come and be part of a thriving kingdom ministry in Los Angeles, and to be nurtured into strong and powerful men and women of God. We want to equip the next generation with the tools and the experiences to take God's word to the lost and the lonely.
Who is this for?
If you are passionate about God and the church, want to grow in 'word and spirit' ministry, and are willing to be challenged and stretched, this is the internship for you. We want young leaders, who are hungry to learn, to come and join us in the city of Los Angeles, for 6-12 months.
The program will be a dynamic mix of ministry experience, mentoring and learning.
Interns will take on a variety of ministry roles in church life and we seek to match the intern to an opportunity that matches their passions, gifts and experience. Opportunities could include work in the areas of:
We are looking for people who are experienced in one of the areas listed above. When you apply please make it clear on your application which of these is your area of expertise, so that we can be sure we review your application in line with the role most suitable for you.
Mentoring and Coaching
We are committed to mentoring and coaching our Interns. This will involve weekly group coaching and teaching with our pastors and ministry team, as well as taking part in our monthly Vintage Leadership College.
All interns will work four days a week (9am-5pm) and on Sundays.
The internship doesn't cost you anything. We will provide accommodation, healthcare benefits and a modest stipend toward your living costs. In addition to this, interns are encouraged to raise support to cover additional personal expenses.
When does the internship begin?
The internship program is run on a case-by-case basis, and the start time will be discussed during the interview process.
We are able and would love to have Interns from overseas. Once you apply we can discuss the relevant work visa and process.
How do I apply?
We will consider any applicant for the program who genuinely believes he/she would be a good fit. Because capacity for the program is so limited we expect to have to be highly selective.
