The program will be a dynamic mix of ministry experience, development and learning.
Interns will take on a variety of ministry roles in church life and we seek to match the intern to an opportunity that matches their passions, gifts and experience.
Opportunities could include work in the areas of:
We are also committed to coaching our Interns. This will involve weekly group coaching and teaching with our pastors and ministry team, as well as hands on experience.
If you are passionate about God and the church, want to grow in 'word and spirit' ministry, and are willing to be challenged and stretched, this is the internship for you. We want new leaders, who are hungry to learn, to come and join us in the city of Los Angeles, for 6-12 months.
We are looking for individuals who are 21 years+ and experienced in one of the areas listed on the left. When you apply please make it clear on your application which of these is your area of expertise, so that we can be sure we review your application in line with the role most suitable for you.
COST | The internship doesn't cost you anything. We will provide accommodation and a modest stipend toward your living costs. In addition to this, interns are encouraged to raise support to cover additional personal expenses.
START DATE | The internship program is run on a case-by-case basis, and the start time will be discussed during the interview process.
TIME COMMITMENT | All interns will work four days a week (9AM-5PM) and on Sundays.
70% of your time will be spent in the department assigned to gain practical ministry experiences. 30% of your time will be spent in ministry development, such as, staff meetings and trainings.
INTERNATIONAL INTERNS | We are able and would love to have interns from overseas. Once you apply we can discuss the relevant work visa and process.
We will consider any applicant for the program who genuinely believes he or she would be a good fit. Because capacity for the program is so limited, we have to be highly selective.
