Internships.jpg

The perfect opportunity for young leaders to come and be part of a thriving kingdom ministry in Los Angeles, and to be nurtured into strong and powerful men and women of God. We want to equip the next generation with the tools and the experiences to take God's word to the lost and the lonely.

HOW DO THE INTERNSHIPS WORK?

The program will be a dynamic mix of ministry experience, mentoring and learning.

Interns will take on a variety of ministry roles in church life and we seek to match the intern to an opportunity that matches their passions, gifts and experience.

Opportunities could include work in the areas of:

  • Discipleship
  • Ministry events
  • Kids/Youth ministry
  • Worship
  • Alpha
  • Communications
  • Media
  • Events/Administration
  • and more....

We are also committed to mentoring and coaching our Interns. This will involve weekly group coaching and teaching with our pastors and ministry team, as well as taking part in our monthly Vintage Leadership College.

WHO IS A VINTAGE INTERSHIP FOR?

If you are passionate about God and the church, want to grow in 'word and spirit' ministry, and are willing to be challenged and stretched, this is the internship for you. We want young leaders, who are hungry to learn, to come and join us in the city of Los Angeles, for 6-12 months.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for people who are experienced in one of the areas listed on the left. When you apply please make it clear on your application which of these is your area of expertise, so that we can be sure we review your application in line with the role most suitable for you.
