Welcome to Vintage Parent Ministries!

We believe that an essential component of our Family Department at Vintage is encouraging and equipping our parents in the discipleship of your children.

Los Angeles has its unique challenges for raising kids in general, not to mention raising children in the faith. However, we at Vintage believe that God is bigger than any of these challenges and that if He has called us to raise our children here, He will be faithful to equip us in this high calling.

The Parent Ministry is committed to partnering with you by curating the best resources for raising and discipling our children in LA during this current cultural moment.

We are also convinced that our calling as parents thrives the most in community and so we are committed to creating opportunities for our families to be connected to one another, to “do life together” within our church. We are not alone and we need one another and the whole church family as we seek to be obedient to proclaim the love of God in Christ to the next generation.

Lastly, we long to see our families at Vintage thriving as ones who are creating counter cultural households built on the foundation of His kingdom. We want to support you as you commit to being “intentional families” for the sake of your children’s formation in the faith. Our events, our groups (The NEST, Vintage Dads, Vintage communities) and the resources we share are all offered so that the children of Vintage might be raised up as ones who will build their lives on the rock of Jesus and seek first His kingdom for a lifetime (Matthew 6).

Thank you for the privilege of your partnership as we all seek to raise up the next generation of the church. Together we look and pray to God to do "immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine" in our families, in our church and in our city. (Ephesians 3:14-21)

Why Raising Kids in LA can be Great for their Faith

The city isn’t neutral - our children WILL be discipled - the question is by whom? Los Angeles is a disciple-making machine for the sake of secularism, pluralism and progressive liberalism. If we want our children to be disciples of Jesus, we need to be proactive.
