Gary Clemmer
Director of Finance
Gary joined Vintage in February 2022 after 13 years as Operations Pastor at Ecclesia Church in Hollywood. He brings deep experience in financial management and operational leadership to support Vintage’s mission.
David Dealy
Pastor, Santa Monica Location
A Southern California native, David has pastored in San Francisco and Oregon before joining Vintage last year. He leads the Santa Monica congregation with a heart for spiritual formation and community.
Jeff Han
Pastor of Stewardship & Board Member
Jeff helped plant Reality Church London and has led teams across ministry and business before joining the Vintage team. He combines pastoral care with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and organizational growth.
Ger Jones
Senior Pastor & Board Member
After earning his M.Div. at Regent College in Vancouver and pastoring in Raleigh, Ger and his wife Lizzie followed God’s call to plant Vintage Church in Santa Monica in 2011 and have been faithfully leading ever since.
Alyssa Montgomery
Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives
Alyssa brings over 15 years of leadership experience from the tech industry, guiding organizational strategy, project execution, and team development at Vintage. Since summer, she has been excited to shift her effort for focus mainly on the success of the Renewal Project and teams.
Taylor Smith
Board Member
Taylor serves as Director of The Heart of Cabi Foundation, overseeing global charitable giving for the women’s clothing company Cabi. She formerly held positions with the U.S. Congress, World Vision U.S., Habitat for Humanity International, and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles. She is a longtime Vintage member and serves as a member of our executive Board, she’s passionate about generosity and impact.
Grace Boeve
Volunteer Member
Grace leads Strategy & Operations for Google’s U.S. SFSC, with deep expertise in operations and finance. She and her family have been a dedicated part of the Vintage community since 2019.
Bryan Fairbanks

Bryan is Managing Director at Stockdale Capital Partners, with a background in civil and construction engineering and real-estate development. He and his family have been part of the Vintage community since 2019.
Ben Ipekjian

Ben joined the Renewal Project in 2023, as a referral from Ben Brosseau, bringing years of experience managing adaptive reuse, commercial, and historic restoration projects across Southern California. He is serving our teams as construction manager and owner’s representative.

The Interior Design Team collaborates with architects and ministry leaders to shape spaces that are both beautiful and functional — places that feel like home for our church family and inviting for our city.
